"6 Artists: On Origami" is a 13-minute film specifically created by Green Fuse Films for the Mingei International Museum in connection with its "Origami Masterworks" exhibit. The film is also included in the Peabody Essex Museum's current exhibit titled, "Origami Now!", which runs through June 2008. Details on the Peabody Essex exhibit can be found on their website. The film you'll see here was assembled and edited to best complement visitor experience at a museum, and to help introduce some of the various and unique perspectives with which artists approach origami. While there will surely be subtle stylistic and topical resemblences to our broader documentary project, this is not intended to be a trailer for our film, as there will also be many differences.
